The first post-launch patch for MLB The Show 17 is now live as Sony San Diego Studios has released patch 1.03 early Tuesday morning.

It’s a small update that focuses more on online than anything else. You can check out the brief notes below.

Online gameplay

  • Time outs, bullpen and substitution menus.
  • Pausing/unpausing at the same time as your opponent.
  • Double switching and pinch hitters/runners.

Other improvements

  • Detroit Tigers road uniform name fixed.
  • Year to year save fixes and message handling.
