As reported by Sports Gamers Online, 2K announced in November that a new PGA 2K game would be released in 2025. On Monday, the company revealed the official covers and editions of its upcoming game, PGA Tour 2K25.

PGA Tour 2K25 officially announced

2K Sports has flown out the gates in 2025. The publisher has already made plans to reveal WWE 2K25 and now with the official announcement of PGA Tour 2K25, sports gamers have loads to watch out for in the early months of this year.

Last November, the publisher held an earnings call that revealed that a new PGA Tour 2K game was coming in 2025. However, while SGO couldn’t listen to the earnings call, Insider Gamings Mike Straw shared the news via X.

“Unless it was a slip of the tongue,” Mike Straw tweeted, “a new PGA 2K title confirmed for Q4 2025 by Take-Two Interactive.”

“I’ve been reporting plans for a game next year, and that appears to be the case.”

Cover Stars

2K revealed three editions of its upcoming golf game and the official box art on the game’s X account. To nobody’s surprise, Tiger Woods features in all three editions, including the ‘Legend Edition’, where he is by himself.

In addition, Max Homa and Matt Fitz join Woods on the cover of the standard and ‘Deluxe Edition.’ As of now, no other news on the three editions is known, however, the publisher promises that more is coming soon.

You can check out the three covers below, and stay tuned to Sports Gamers Online for more news on PGA Tour 2K25.
