NBA 2K Producer Series Opens for Submissions

Calling all lyrical shot callers

NBA® 2K23 thinks outside the box as it officially opens submissions for its NBA 2K Producer Series. The NBA 2K Producer Series challenges players and fans to drop their dopest rhymes over beats from industry-leading producers.

Producer Series Opens for Lyrical Shot Callers

NBA® 2K is no longer just for the ballers; now shot-callers can record their own verses over in-game beats. This feature allows players to record their hottest bars while playing the game. And if that wasn’t enough, fans can share their experience on social media.

To get started players can visit the NBA® 2K Beats Producer Series landing page. From there, download instrumentals from four different producers and upload your new track to Twitter, Instagram, or TilTok using the #NBA2KProducerSeries hashtag. Every two weeks submissions are selected by each producer and featured on NBA® 2K social media channels. For more information and a sneak peek at the newly released track from Dave East, “Dope Boy,” visit the official NBA® 2K Beats Producer series landing page.

NBA® 2K23 was released on September 10th of last year and it’s awesome to see the 2k community embrace the producer series. Basketball and hip-hop seem to be linked like no other sports genre. As usual, 2K continues to deliver a complete simulated basketball experience with the NBA® 2K Beats Producer Series.
