Axis Football 17 is getting near the finish line as Axis Games has released the final beta — Version 4.0 — for the upcoming football game.
The latest update adds one of the two new 3D stadiums — known as “The Dome” — that will be making their debut in this year’s game. Also added were player pop-ups that will show a player’s stats throughout the game.
The pop-up appears in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, and it includes a players image, position, number, and various stats like receptions, drops, yards, touchdowns, and more.
Various bug fixes were part of this update, though lead developer Danny Jugen has said the team is still working on AI performance and other tweaks ahead of the game’s full release.
Full details for the update can be found via the final developer video from Axis Games below.
