San Diego Studio has released another MLB The Show 18 content update. A long list of additions made their way into Diamond Dynasty with all the new content is readily playable.
MLB The Show 18 Content Update
First and foremost, immortal player, Stan Musial is here. Unlike the other immortals, Musial can be earned almost entirely by playing online. Exchanging Stan Musial bobbleheads will help complete his missions. Those can only be acquired via ranked seasons and event rewards. Below are the card attributes.
In all, 12 Musial bobbleheads are needed to complete the entire program. Players can earn a total of three in the newest event featuring NL Central players only. A Musial bobblehead is earned after 10, 20 and 30 cumulative win milestones.
Lastly, four new programs are out, all of which will eventually feed into unreleased career arcs. Below are the new positional programs per TheShowNation.
- Breakout Flashback Austin Jackson (Gold, 81 OVR Detroit Tigers Center Fielder)
- Breakout Flashback Mark Reynolds (Gold, 80 OVR Arizona Diamondbacks Third Baseman)
- Breakout Flashback Adam Lind (Gold, 81 OVR Toronto Blue Jays Left Fielder)
- Future Star Fernando Romero (Gold, 81 OVR Minnesota Twins Starting Pitcher)
