MLB The Show 21 Includes Stadium Creator

It’s time to rejoice! After years of wishing and hoping, MLB The Show 21 will include the long-awaited Stadium Creator feature. The news comes via a description from a now deleted video on Sony San Diego Studios’ YouTube account.

Twitter user Healy first discovered the feature in the now unlisted video. He shared it via a Tweet, with the full paragraph below.

“There are more ways to play than ever before in MLB The Show 21. Take your Ballplayer across game modes to own every at-bat, every pitch, and every play. Fire up the new Stadium Creator mode, and build the next great ball park and for the first time ever MLB The Show is available on Xbox consoles and features crossplay with PlayStation consoles. It’s your ball game in MLB The Show 21. Own the show.”

Obviously, no other details are known about how in-depth the mode will be. Will it just be used for Franchise Mode? What about Diamond Dynasty and Play Now? Those answers are sure to come in the coming weeks. Hell, we might even get them sooner now that the information has been accidentally released.

No matter when more information comes, it’s still an exciting time for all fans of MLB The Show.

MLB The Show 21 with Stadium Creator launches April 20, 2021. In addition to being available on PlayStation 4 and PS5, The Show will make its debut on the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. The game will also feature cross-play between platforms. A technical test has been scheduled with sign ups open to the public starting February 10.
