NBA 2K20 Patch 1.06 is Out: What’s in It?

A new NBA 2K20 patch is out, and we have you covered with patch notes, as well as some additional details on it from Gameplay Director Mike Wang. Let’s take a look at what’s in it.

NBA 2K20 Patch 1.06

As usual, the patch is quite large, as it is over 20 GB on the Xbox One. The patch notes are also traditionally vague, as the 2K team touts that several bugs have been fixed, but don’t get very specific. Here are the notes:

To add to the notes, Gameplay Director Mike Wang hopped on Twitter to explain some of the gameplay fixes that are in this patch. Wang wrote that some of the standing stepbacks were swapped out because chaining out of them was flipped. Wang also added that there is a new standing spin retreat move, and steals shouldn’t lock up players anymore.
