Saber Interactive has recently announced their independent title NBA Playgrounds has hit a milestone.

NBA Playgrounds Milestone

Since launching in May, NBA Playgrounds has sold of over 500,000 units. This includes sales on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Steam platforms. An impressive outing for Saber Interactive’s first self-published game on modern platforms.

In addition to their milestone, SI has also committed to more free content. This includes:

  • 33 new players
  • Fixes to combat duplicates in packs
  • A new three-point contest mode with online play
  • New rebounding system
  • And fully functional friend invites

The updates will come to PS4, X1 and PC first. Nintendo Switch will receive the update at a later date.
