Monster Energy Supercross 5 Shows Off New Gameplay

On the heels of the fantastic racer Hot Wheels Unleashed, developer Milestone is gearing up for its newest Supercross game. Since Monster Energy Supercross’ debut in 2018, the company has strived to give gamers a realistic gameplay experience. Milestone’s official gameplay reveal of Monster Energy Supercross 5 proves that the game hasn’t changed much visually but does focus more on gameplay.

Now, this new trailer shows off a 22-man circuit from a third and first person view. However, first-person POV proves to be more challenging due to dirt getting on your goggles during a race. With that said, the gameplay looks more realistic and the bikes appear to have more weight to them.

Supercross 5’s Gameplay Improvements

Monster Energy Supercross 5 will feature enhanced gameplay improvements mainly to bike control, giving players more precision when drifting through turns and executing jumps. In addition, the suspension system and drift management have been redefined for more control over throttle and drifting.
