The VSN Arcade Radio Podcast has an interview with EA Sports Creative Director Kolbe Launchbaugh on what we can expect to see in Madden 16 Connected Franchise Mode.
Here are a few highlights from the interview:
-Wants to bring imagination back to the CFM and how they are forced to pick and choose what improvements and features they add based upon the resources at their disposal.
-Despite what many believe MUT’s development team is not bigger than CFM’s development team.
-States CFM has gotten a lot of attention this year and is a much more FULL version this year.
-Two technical designers worked full time on tuning and balancing CFM.
-CFM contains the most hardcare but also the most casual players of the mode so balancing is very important.
-Easy to trade player, adjust depth chart, release free agents, much more straightforward and clear.
-Better draft integration.
-Scouting has been made more in-depth so the best players aren’t as easily identified and you are forced to “guess” more on players just like the real NFL.
This interview has us really excited for CFM in Madden 16! Stay tuned to Sports Gamers Online for any new Madden 16 news.
