Madden 22 Beta Leaked, Registration Now Open

Madden 22 Beta

UPDATE: An update to the registration seems to indicate that the form looks at your EA Account, and displays your consoles based on the platforms you have linked. Some users have reported seeing Xbox One and PS4 while others are showing PS5 and Xbox Series X.

ORIGINAL: If you’ve been getting the Madden itch lately, you may not have to wait too long as a signup form for what appears to be a Madden 22 Beta has been published.

According to a page on the EA Sports website, there is open registration with the dates June 7-8. That registration is for EA is calling a “limited Madden NFL opportunity”. Based on the timing and the wording, it’s clear that EA is planning a closed event for players to get a feel at new gameplay.

The only catch, if you will, is that the signup is for the next-gen version of the game only. That means you’ll need to have a PlayStation 5 (PS5) or Xbox Series X|S to get access. For those on PC, there hasn’t been any update as to what version of the game players will get: last-gen or next-gen. It’s also only open to those 18 and older in the United States and Canada.

After the event, it’s likely that EA Sports will want you to provide feedback based on what you experienced. That information isn’t available just yet nor is the exact timing of the event.
