As football fans continue to celebrate the return of the College Football series, Madden 25 news is just getting started. On Wednesday, EA Sports released a deep dive into Madden 25’s franchise mode and presentation features.
Madden 25 franchise and presentation deep dive
Regarding presentation, CFB 25 is a sneak peek at what’s to come in EA’s next Madden title. The game has received new turnovers and Superbowl celebrations. In addition, Madden 25 will feature three new broadcast teams that will call the action on the field.
Not only does EA’s football title look better, but it also sounds better. The game will feature over 1,000 new on-field sound effects to improve authenticity. It also has new crowd audio that has been sourced from an NFL film.
EA has implemented sourcing audio from live sporting events in a few games. EAFC uses authentic crowd chants to create a realistic virtual pitch atmosphere. In F1 24, the developers sourced driver reactions from F1 races to bring authentic celebrations and crash reactions to the game.
Franchise mode
Franchise mode, a feature that has had its ups and downs in Madden over the years, is set to take a giant leap forward. This year, a plethora of new features are being introduced: a revamped draft system, an innovative player trust system, and engaging new storylines, to name a few.
Lastly, TeamBuilder is coming to Madden 25, and many fans have been waiting for this feature to be added to the series.
Madden 25 will be released on August 16, 2024, and it will be available for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Series S, and PC.
