Super Bowl Roster Update

January 26, EA Sports released a new Madden NFL 17 Super Bowl roster update.

Falcons WR Julio Jones is one of the biggest movers of the week as his rating is up +1 to a 98 OVR. In the Falcons’ Super Bowl qualifier, Jones ended the game with 9 receptions and 180 yards receiving with 2 touchdowns. Something of a sleeper this week with big improvements, Patriots WR, Chris Hogan gained +2 to an 82 OVR following the Patriots 36-17 AFC Conference Championship win against the Steelers. On a downward trend, Packers CB LaDarius Gunter dropped -1 to a 75 OVR. In the 44-21 NFC Conference Championship loss against the Falcons, Gunther ended the game with 6 tackles but was pitted with difficult task of covering Julio Jones.
