These talent trees have two-three branches to them and require staff points to unlock, and the majority of them have two-three tiers to them.
Staff points can be accumulated through playing games, meeting selectable gameday goals, and completing scenarios. Completed objectives and milestones will grant Staff Points to a singular pool, which means you can upgrade any coach character once you have earned enough points. Skill points are the key to Madden 22 talent trees, which can propel you through various upgrades.

Head Coach Talent Tree
