Madden 22 Franchise Talent Trees Breakdown

Madden 22 Talent Trees

Madden 22 has featured many additions, specifically to franchise mode. Today, we break down one of those features: Madden 22 talent trees. These skill trees have the same branches, regardless of coach, but where they start depends on your coaches skill level. These talent trees have two-three branches to them and require staff points to unlock, and the majority of them have two-three tiers to them.

Staff points can be accumulated through playing games, meeting selectable gameday goals, and completing scenarios. Completed objectives and milestones will grant Staff Points to a singular pool, which means you can upgrade any coach character once you have earned enough points. Skill points are the key to Madden 22 talent trees, which can propel you through various upgrades.
