EA Games Are Headed to Stadia

Electronic Arts announced that the new agreement with Google will bring five EA games to Stadia, Google’s cloud-based gaming platform.

In a press release today, EA CEO Andrew Wilson stated that the new agreement gives the company an opportunity to bring creative and innovative games to a new platform. “Cloud (gaming) is opening up exciting new possibilities for play. In partnering with Google Stadia, we have an opportunity to deliver some creative and innovative game experiences on an exciting new platform.”

Thanks to the new agreement, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be coming to Stadia by the end of 2020. The FIFA and Madden franchises are also expected to head to Stadia in the winter, and more EA games are expected to launch on the platform in 2021.
