NHL 17: HUT Heroes Revealed

Photo cred: EA

A feature that is new to EA Sports’ NHL 17 is Hockey Ultimate Team Heroes. By competing in the online Hockey Ultimate Team mode and collecting player cards, gamers can unlock legendary NHLers. There is one HUT Hero for every team, and to unlock these Heroes, gamers must complete a full set of player cards from that respective team. Each HUT Hero has a 94 overall rating, so it’s worth the time to unlock these bad boys.

Some of the HUT Heroes are obvious choices, but others are more unconventional selections. It’s nice to see EA giving some underrated and underappreciated hockey alums some recognition.
