EA and Criterion revealed Need For Speed Unbound collaborates with some of the most well-known fashion brands worldwide. Pioneering brands, including Palace Skateboards, Versace, Puma, Namilia, Danielle Guizio, and more, will bring their brand’s stylistic vision to life in Need for Speed Unbound. NFS Unbound releases worldwide on December 2 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
Fashion meets Racing
Palace, Versace, Puma, Namilia, and Danielle Guizio will introduce their iconic brands through bespoke collaborations that showcase each of their cutting-edge styles and go beyond licensed player clothing. It will feature in-game and real-world apparel to in-game Rivals, custom rides, and more. Players can also outfit their characters in-game with gear from ALPHA Industries, AWGE, Born x Raised, Brain Dead, Champion, EDWIN, FILA, GCDS, KHRISJOY, MKI MIYUKI ZOKU, NAPAPIJRI, Vans, and more.
As expected, NFS Unbound features loads of customization options for players to express themselves uniquely. From their cars to their characters, the world is truly the players’ oyster.
NFS Unbound is the same game with a brand-new look. Need for Speed Unbound is all about self-expression, taking risks, and disrupting the status quo by just being you – through your racing style, unique car builds, fashion, music, and much more. Said Kieran Crimmins, Creative Director at Criterion Games.
Need for Speed Unbound will feature a collection of street styles from multiple artists, such as Sentrock and JC Riviera. Their signature styles won’t just be embedded in the Unbound city landscape but can also be collected by the player.
Grammy-nominated rapper A$AP Rocky will appear in-game as the leader of the Takeover Scene, a new replayable precision driving mode that brings together the community to take over parts of the city and celebrate driving with style over pure speed. AWGE also functioned as creative consultant on the game.
