The brief clip showcases some stellar graphics under mobile standards. Considering it is alpha footage, the landscapes are well developed and performs well considering its technological limitations. It seems that players can interact with different objects and has wide open streets.

However, official details about the game’s release, features, and name have yet to be revealed.

The city looks like Palm City, the location for NFS Heat, with only minor modifications. Currently, in the tested version of the game, you can drive the following vehicles: McLaren F1, Lamborghini Aventador SVJR, and Lamborghini.

Electronic Arts have been rather quiet regarding the Need for Speed franchise. The last release was NFS Heat, which came out in 2019. However, this isn’t the first time EA has dabbled in Mobile gaming for the NFS franchise. The first free-to-play game in the franchise was Need for Speed: World.

Need for Speed Most Wanted received a full mobile release in 2012. The game won several awards including the 2012 Spike Video Game Awards for Best Driving Game. It was also nominated for Best British Game and Best Online Multiplayer at the 2013 BAFTA awards.

Need for Speed: No Limits is the second free-to-play game of the franchise. It is also the first mobile game released. The game was released on September 30, 2015. The game was praised for its visuals but criticized due to its short races and microtransactions.

It will be interesting to see what EA does with the next mobile installment of the NFS franchise.
