While NACON and RaceWard’s brand-new motorbike game is available now in Europe, stateside gamers have to wait a bit longer. RiMS Racing launches today on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC for our friends across the Atlantic. North American gamers will see an August 24 release.

With RiMS Racing, the Euro-based studios promise an “unparalleled experience” that pushes the limits of realism and customization. You can take a peek at the new launch trailer below.

RaceWard included eight of the fastest motorbikes in the world in it’s new game:

  • Kawasaki Ninja ZX10 RR
  • Aprilia RSV4
  • BMWM1000 RR
  • Ducati Panigale V4R
  • Honda CBR1000 RR
  • MV Agusta F4 RC
  • Suzuki GSXR-1000
  • Yamaha YZF R1

According to the dev team, RiMS‘ motorbikes have been reproduced with peerless detail and realism.

“You will have to maintain and upgrade them through the innovative gameplay, which blends mechanical precision with the sheer thrill of driving.”

Racing conditions, riding style, and mechanical status of your bike all play a factor. “To ensure victory, players are able to fully disassemble their motorbike and replace every element to achieve the best possible setup by choosing over 500 official components: tyres, discs, callipers, pads, suspension, springs, air filters, exhausts, brake and clutch master cylinders, brake fluids, engine oils, ECUs, fairings… and many more.”

In addition, RiMS Racing promises complete immersion with a career mode divided into seasons. Each season sports over 70 events. With mechanics at the very core of gameplay, victory depends equally on user skill and the motorbike itself.
