SGO Weekly: DRIFT21 & More!
New DIRT 5 gameplay
In the latest DIRT 5 gameplay video, Deep Silver takes players to China. The showcase features a point-to-point Rally Raid event. Rally Raid is just one of the point-to-point events in DIRT 5. These events combine split routes, different terrains, and incredible landscapes for awe-inspiring races.
In addition, the new trailer shows off several vehicles from the Modern Rally class, including the Skoda Fabia R5 and new Ford Fiesta R5 MKII.
Ferrari Hublot eSports PRO and AM Championships start this weekend
The Ferrari Hublot eSports Series kicks off this weekend with four intense PRO and AM Championship competitions taking place. Results of the series will push PRO and AM drivers into the Series Finals, where only one driver can win the chance to join the FDA Hublot eSports Team. Be sure to check out the race calendar below.

- 11 October 2020 – Zandvoort
- 18 October 2020 – Nürburgring
- 25 October 2020 – Spa Francorchamps
- 6-7 November 2020 – Series Finals

New PGA Tour 2K21 content in Quick Play Match Types and more
Recently, 2K revealed two new three-hole match types for PGA Tour 2K21. In addition, they’ve added several new cosmetic items including an exclusive adidas CODECHAOS 2K Aeroready Polo Shirt. The limited-edition adidas polo features a unique CODECHAOS logo and offers two extra inches in overall length, matching sizing specs of the gear worn by adidas golf pros. The polo is currently exclusive to PGA Tour 2K21 and will be available soon through adidas.com and select retailers.
Three-hole matchmaking is an online multiplayer mode designed to offer new ways to compete with shorter play times and more intensity. Players can hit the links for a quick round when time is of the essence. Competitors play three holes randomly selected from an assortment of courses in one of two playlists:
- High Rollers – a one-on-one skins match with a higher risk/reward
- Quick Match – Stroke play for two to four players
New track and challenges added to DRIFT21 Early Access
505 Games revealed a new update for DRIFT21. Currently available on Steam Early Access, DRIFT21 puts you behind the wheel of your very own drift racing car. During the game, players take on Japan’s legendary EBISU circuits. Choose from a range of fully licensed cars and fine tune your drifting machine right down to the smallest engine parts. The latest update will test players’ drifting skills on the longest course of the entire EBISU complex. The EBISU West course, known as Nishi, is over 2100 meters in length with long straights and demanding corners. The update includes:
- Ebisu West (also known as Nishi) and KuruKuru Land
- New Time Attack challenges designed specifically for Ebisu West and KuruKuru Land
- New Solo Run challenges also designed specifically for Ebisu West and KuruKuru Land
