Ahead of a massive week for EA Sports, rumors have been swirling around the internet like crazy. The latest one is that Manchester City striker Erling Haaland will be the first cover star for EA Sports FC.

Erling Haaland is one of the most entertaining, explosive, and dominant strikers in the Premier League. In his first season for Manchester City, he scored 52 goals in 52 matches. Yes, read that again. Those are FIFA 23 career mode numbers.
Nevertheless, Haaland taking over the cover from Kylian Mbappé would feel like it’s officially moving away from the FIFA series. However, with EA’s departure from the FIFA series should come a new look and a new face of the franchise.

Following our articles recently, you’d probably have noticed that something big is coming next week for EA Sports FC 24. So many leaks about EA’s upcoming football game have surfaced, and fans are on the edge of their seats for an official reveal.
Luckily, EA Sports has already mentioned that more information is coming later this month, and there are rumors that a Virtual Clubhouse event will feature deep dives into the most significant features of EA Sports FC 24. In addition to the Virtual Clubhouse event, there will also be a closed beta of the game.
The closed beta will be playable on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One. However, more info on this upcoming beta will be announced soon.
