Up to this point, EAFC 25‘s deep dives have been full of the game’s new tactical feature, FC IQ, and its 5-a-side game mode, Rush. But, the game’s career mode deep dive showed off a few new features coming to EAFC 25, including the inclusive addition of Women’s Leagues, Live Start Points, and Player Icons.
EAFC 25 Career Mode Deep Dive
Live Start Point allows players to pick up where a club left off the previous week in real life. For example, if Brentford is struggling in an early relegation battle by December, players can start their career mode in mid-December and save Brentford’s season.
In addition, players can start from a customized starting point during a season. EAFC 25 career mode will create a scenario where a manager is sacked, and you, the player, can come in as the newest coach.Player Icons in Player Career
The biggest feature in Player Career is that you can now play as Icons of the past. Players can play as legends such as David Beckham and pick a club for him to play on. EA Sports will add more icons post-launch, which is great because I would love to play as’ 08′ Ronaldo on today’s Manchester United side.
Womens Football
A fully realized women’s career mode was a feature we thought we were getting last year. However, EA Sports has finally added a career mode for women in EAFC 25.
Players can manage or play in one of the five top women’s divisions. In addition, players can move freely between men’s and women’s football clubs in Manager Career Mode.
