Electronic Arts’ summer of reveals keeps heating up. On Wednesday, the American publisher released the reveal trailer for FIFA 23. In addition, the FIFA 23 website has gone live and gives us insight into what to expect from this year’s football title.
FIFA 23 Reveal Trailer
As most FIFA reveal trailers go, the FIFA 23 trailer showcased a lot of skill moves, shots from distance, and the bustling football atmosphere. Of course, one of the biggest highlights of this trailer is the addition of women’s leagues in the game. Cover star Sam Kerr gets plenty of screen-time alongside her exciting Chelsea side. We also got to see Catarina Macário and the new free kick setup.
Catarina Macário is one of the rising stars for the USA women’s national team, and she currently plays on Lyon.
The Sequel to Hypermotion Technology
FIFA‘s pitchside reporter Alex Scott explains the newest updates to the sequel to the in-game animation engine, Hypermotion 2.
Well, you’re seeing Hypermotion 2 in action. More animations than ever before and more realism every time you step onto the pitch. – Alex Scot, FIFA 23 Reveal Trailer.
We know that Hypermotion technology will get an upgrade from last year’s iteration. This time, EA is bringing more animations and smoother gameplay to give the player an authentic football experience.
Two World Cups
With the addition of official women’s leagues coming to FIFA 23, Electronic Arts have announced that both men’s and women’s World Cups will feature in this year’s game. The men’s world cup, untraditionally, will take place during this year starting in November due to Qatar’s harsh summer conditions. The women’s world cup will take place in New Zealand and Australia.
I expect EA to go all out for this feature because, as we all know, this is the last FIFA game in the series. Unfortunately, the split between FIFA and Electronic Arts will affect the branding of FIFA and the rights to the World Cup.

I am making $92 an hour working from home. i was greatly surprised at the same time as my neighbour advised me she changed into averaging $ninety five however I see the way it works now. I experience mass freedom now that I’m my non-public boss.
