For nearly a decade, EA Sports has slowly implemented the women’s game into its football series. Whether it is FIFA or EAFC, the Madden publisher continues to be at the forefront of women’s inclusion.
Now, with the latest details of EA Sports’ newest football game released, Sports Gamers Online understands that a complete, authentic women’s career mode experience is coming to EAFC 25.
EAFC 25: Women’s Career Mode
The idea of a women’s career mode coming to EAFC was first acknowledged when the game’s previous title, EAFC 24, was yet to be announced.
At the time, FIFA 23 introduced the National Women’s Soccer League to the game and sparked a few rumors about a possible career mode coming to EAFC 24. While this didn’t come to fruition, the ex-FIFA publisher still implemented more women’s teams into the game and featured female players in FUT for the first time in series history.
On EAFC 25‘s official website, the game gives a brief description of the manager and player career mode and mentions that an “authentic Women’s Career experience” is coming to this year’s title.
“Play an authentic Women’s Career experience using a club or player from the top five women’s leagues.”
EAFC 25 just had its official reveal this week, so many deep dives about the game are in the near future. Hopefully, we will get more information about women’s career mode, and it will be as good as it sounds.
EA Sports FC 25 will launch on September 27, 2024, and will be available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
