The game will feature cross-gen and cross-platform play, as well as a host of new features.
For the first time in series history, players will be able to play with real baseball legends in Super Mega Baseball 4. More than 200 legendary players will be playable in the game. One of these legends includes David Ortiz, who will also serve as the series’ first cover athlete. Other legends includes Jose Bautista, Babe Ruth, Hank Aaron, and more.
Ortiz said about becoming the first cover athlete for the series, “It’s an incredible honor to be the first cover athlete for Super Mega Baseball and to be recognized as a baseball legend in the game alongside hundreds of other icons in our sport for the first time in the series. Super Mega Baseball 4 is going to be an amazing and fun experience for fans that truly captures the humor and personality of baseball.”
There will be multiple ways to play with these legends in Super Mega Baseball 4. Players will be able to play against teams with legends organized by era, or mix things up with a Shuffle Draft. This new feature lets you draft both legends and Super Mega All-Stars to build your dream lineup.
New Platforms and Cross-Play

Super Mega Baseball 4 will feature cross-gen and cross-platform play. This means no matter what system you play on, you will be able to connect with your friends for some major baseball fun.
Super Mega Baseball 4 adds several community requested features. The Shuffle Draft, new player traits, and team chemistry system add new layers to strategy with teambuilding. Other fan requests that have been added include two-way players, automatic walks, expanded bullpens, and customizable free agent pools.
