The highly anticipated boxing game by Steel City Interactive, Undisputed, just announced a second multiplayer beta test. This comes just a few weeks after their first multiplayer beta test, where more than one million rounds were played by 17,000 unique players. The second beta test will run on December 9th, 10th, and 11th. However, the beta will only be open for three hours each day, from 3-6pm ET.
Developer Steel City Interactive said they wanted to have a second beta test due to the number of matchmaking issues players dealt with in the first beta. “It’s important to us that the game is in a good place on day one of early access and hosting a second beta helps us test the multiplayer changes we’ve made at scale.”
The announcement, posted on the game’s YouTube channel and Steam page, stated the next beta test will feature two venues as well as eight fighters:
- Katie Taylor
- Chantelle Cameron
- Jessica McCaskill
- Oleksandr Usyk
- Deontay Wilder
- Rocky Marciano
- Nigel Benn
- Roy Jones Jr.
Players that signed up for the first beta test will already have access to the second through their Steam library. Undisputed is also registering new sign-ups through Steam. To register, go to the Undisputed Steam page and hit the “Request Access” button. If you are given access, you will receive an email from Steam where you can download and play the beta build during the times of the beta.
The announcement also states that those that are able to play are welcome to capture what they play. Players are free to record, share, discuss, and even livestream their gameplay as well as anything else they experience during the beta test.
If you want to be able to hop into the action, make sure to register and be on the lookout for the email from Steam about gaining access. If you want to hear our impressions from the first multiplayer beta test, click here.
