WWE 2K23 Reveal Coming Later This Month

With WWE 2K22 winding down its base game support and updates only adding content to monetized game modes, many look for news on the next game, WWE 2K23. Thanks to some news broke by Insider Gaming, we now know when we can expect to hear more about WWE 2K23.

WWE 2K23 reveal set for the Royal Rumble

WWE’s premium live event, the Royal Rumble, takes place on January 28. According to Insider Gaming, 2K plans to hold a reveal event in San Antonio, TX on that same day. The event on January 28 plans to be hands-on in terms of gameplay. In addition, 2K plans to unveil this year’s 2K Showcase via a showing of a few “select matches”. Lastly, the event also intends to feature the reveal of a brand-new mode coming to WWE 2K23. Although, it is unclear if this is a completely new mode, returning mode, or a reimagining of a mode.

Furthermore, Insider Gaming also notes 2K plans to dump more information on February 1, the following Wednesday. What exactly 2K plans to show in the February event has not been clearly stated. However, Insider Gaming confirms whatever it is, it will include more information not shown during the Royal Rumble reveal event for WWE 2K23. Fans will be happy to know, the game is slated to launch by the end of March. Console availability has not been confirmed at this time, but the expectation is 2K23 will launch on PC as well as last-gen and current-gen consoles.
