WWE Games Issues Statement on #FixWWE2K20

WWE 2K20

We’ve written several articles over the past few days highlighting the issues surrounding WWE 2K20. From the #FixWWE2K20 movement to Sony refunding players their money, it’s been a pretty wild week. Now, WWE Games has finally responded to the backlash from gamers in a statement today.

WWE Games Statement

In a statement on Twitter today, WWE Games stated that they “are listening closely to the feedback that’s been shared regarding WWE 2K20 and are aware of the concerns some players are reporting.” WWE Games also added that they are working hard to investigate the issues and plan to release a patch in the next two weeks.

An interesting takeaway from this statement is that WWE Games plans to have a patch ready in the next two weeks. While a patch could be released in less than two weeks, there are a large amount of issues that are bugging WWE 2K20. Because of that, it seems like it will be quite a bit of time that gamers will have to wait for fixes for WWE 2K20.

It’s important to also note that there is a patch coming on October 28. This patch, however, most likely won’t fix any of the problems. The patch on Monday has been planned, as that is when the “Bump in the Night” DLC pack will be released. So if you’re expecting anything to be fixed come Monday, don’t get your hopes up.
