Football Manager 24 was released earlier this month, and since then, players have been enjoying the latest iteration of the football simulator. However, on Thursday, Sports Interactive announced that its latest update, 24.2, is now available for players on consoles and PC.
Football Manager 24 Update
In a blog post from Sports Interactive, the developer highlights some of the key areas the update affects. From a glance at the notes, many changes are affecting the Match Engine, including AI positioning and set pieces. However, Gameplay-wise, SI has improved stability and updated transfer policies for certain leagues.
This update contains fixes and improvements across multiple areas of the game. Gameplay upgrades are compatible with existing careers, although you will need to start a new saved game to benefit from the data and competition updates.
Updates for the Touch and Mobile version of Football Manager 24 will be released next week. So, if you like playing football on the go, you’ll have to wait a little longer for changes to occur.
