The Football Festival arrives in eFootball 2023
Konami announced eFootball has entered Season 2 and will hold a series of events and campaigns themed around “The Football Festival” which began this week. The Football Festival includes 40 National Teams. All 40 can now be selected for a limited time in the offline mode Trial Match. In addition, players can use them online via Dream Team. Festival-related content also includes national Team Packs for Japan, Brazil, Argentina, and France. Furthermore, “The International Cup Experience” launched this week in eFootball.
GRID Legends announces new Rise of Ravenwest expansion pack
Codemasters and EA Sports officially released the Rise of Ravenwest pack. This new content adds a new story-based expansion for GRID Legends, featuring the history of the infamous racing team Ravenwest shown through 11 new themed story experiences. This expansion focuses on Ravenwest Motorsport’s ace driver, Nathan McKane, one of the main characters in the Driven to Glory story mode.
Additionally, players receive four newly-added classic cars and updated tracks, including new layout variants for the iconic Miami track. The four new vehicles include the BMW 320 Turbo Group 5, 1967 Chevrolet Corvette, 1971 Plymouth GTX, and 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback. Three new sponsored Career Events and a variety of icons, liveries, and banners for in-game use are also available in the new pack.
EA Sports brings cross-platform matchmaking to NHL 23
This week, EA announced Cross-Platform Matchmaking has gone live in NHL 23. This marks the most social gameplay experience in recent years. Cross-Platform Matchmaking gives players the ability to match up against any opposing team within their console generation. Additionally, this should reduce wait times by increasing the size of player pools in Hockey Ultimate Team and World of Chel.
We Are Football National Teams DLC
The new DLC adds international competitions such as the European and World Championships to the game. In addition, the new content adds many other features surrounding these events. Before starting a new game, players can choose to become the coach of one of more than 90 national teams, both women’s and men’s squads.
