A Bad Game Of Football

Studio Gauntlet announced a new planned release in A Bad Game Of Football. Gauntlet’s new game merges classic Real Time Strategy (RTS) controls with a cartoony football world. In A Bad Game Of Football, players control entire teams, taking responsibility for what they do, or do not do. Direct them to kick the ball, make them tackle the referee, and command them to send landmines at their opponent.

Konami extends partnership with Arsenal FC

Konami revealed it has extended its partnership with Arsenal Football Club. This will see a continuation of an agreement that started in July 2017. The extension now takes the partnership from the 2022-23 season onwards. Additionally, this will see Arsenal feature as one of the core clubs in eFootball. Konami will also remain the official Football video gaming partner of Arsenal. The club kits and Emirates Stadium will feature in eFootball as well as their squad having a full set of 3D scans for the ultimate translation between real life and virtual appearances.

Tennis League VR releases free demo on Quest

AnotheReality and HIP announced a free playable demo for Tennis League VR is now available on the Meta Quest Store. Designed for casual fans and aspiring pros, Tennis League VR delivers intense rallies and realistic tennis physics available in virtual reality. Players can download the free demo and join over 50,000 other players who have already lobbed, sliced, and volleyed their way to matchpoint.

Bassmaster Fishing 2022 goes old school

Dovetail Games released the Throwback B.A.S.S. Pack for Bassmaster Fishing 2022 on PlayStation, Xbox, and Windows PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. The new content is now available for owners of the Retro Cosmetic Season Pass and includes both the Synthwave Cosmetic Pack released in June as well as the Pixel Pro Pack released in July. Non-season pass holders can expect to see the pass available for purchase come August 25.

KartRider: Drift pre-registration

Upcoming party racer, KartRider: Drift is now open for pre-registration in preparation for its launch on PC (Nexon’s launcher or Steam), Xbox One, PlayStation, and mobile. Those who sign up will receive a special character Model Student Diz when the game officially launches. In addition, each platform KartRider: Drift launches on includes an exclusive character and kart theme. Racers can claim this exclusive by playing the game within 90 days of its global launch. Each platform exclusive is redeemable only once per account.
