Golf Impact launches anticipated clan update
Today, NEOWIZ released the Clan Update for their golf game, Golf Impact. The game is available now on both iOS and Android. With the update, players can create a Clan, gather members, and compete against others across the globe in intense 1v1 matches. The top clans can earn tons of lucrative rewards. As players collect points from victories, they’ll move up the regional and worldwide rankings.
RiMS Racing Behind-the-Scenes video documentaries
NACON and RaceWard Studio take players behind the scenes of the development for RiMS Racing. This unique motorcycling simulator concept releases August 19 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch and PC.
In the second video, the development team focuses on the various game modes, especially Career mode, as well as the different circuits and roads found in-game.
SkateBIRD comes to PC & consoles this September
SkateBIRD, the avian action sports game from Glass Bottom Games, received an updated launch date of Thursday, September 16. The September launch allows SkateBIRD to release simultaneously on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S via backwards compatibility, Xbox Game Pass, Windows PC, Mac, and Linux via Steam, Itch.io, and Amazon Luna with additional polish and more tweaks.
Asphalt 8: Airborne+ coming soon to Apple Arcade
This week, it was announced that a special version of Asphalt 8: Airborne would be coming soon to Apple Arcade. This version, Asphalt 8: Airborne+, offers the classic Asphalt 8: Airborne experience players know and love; however, the game has been changed for the Apple Arcade platform, removing IAPs and advertisements. The game is offered as a premium stand-alone experience.
eSports WRC presented by TOYOTA GAZOO Racing 2020/2021
NACON and KT Racing announced the finals of the 2020 and 2021 editions of eSports WRC presented by TOYOTA GAZOO Racing, will take place this summer in Belgium and Greece respectively. The best players will go head-to-head in WRC 9 for the 2020 final. For the 2021 final, players will compete in WRC 10, which launches September 2, 2021 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC on Steam, and on Nintendo Switch at a later date.
NBA 2K League Week 8
After averaging 33.2 points and 9.5 assists in Week 7, Knicks Gaming (12-10) point guard Christopher “Duck” Charles took NBA 2K League Player of the Week. This marks his second consecutive week earning the title. Charles and Knicks Gaming are on a bye this week and will return week 9.
This week’s NBA 2K League “Game of the Week” features Warriors Gaming Squad (11-7) taking ibn Raptors Uprising GC (5-17). 2020 NBA 2K League MVP Kenneth “Kenny Got Work” Hailey (22.4 points, 8.0 assists) leads the Raptors Uprising GC. Last week, Raptors Uprising GC acquired Artreyo “Dimez” Boyd (24.7 points, 9.7 assists) from Mavs Gaming. Boyd was selected with the first overall pick in the inaugural NBA 2K League Draft. 2020 NBA 2K League MVP Finalist Charlie “CB13” Bostwick (22.1 points, 10.1 assists) leads Warriors Gaming Squad as the team looks to solidify its playoff position this season.
