Chris Fowler Reveals EA Sports College Football 25 Inclusion and More!
In a quick thread via Instagram, play-by-play commentator, Chris Fowler, revealed what it has been like working on EA Sports College Football 25. Not only does the video reveal Fowler’s voice will be included, but that he’s been working on the title for almost two years.
While Fowler admits he’s not able to answer fan questions or dive deep into details, he does share a few promising bits. Fowler discusses his sessions over Zoom, noting the developers at EA focused on realism and authenticity. In addition, commentary does not simply cover the big plays, but the mundane as well. He goes as far as to list a few examples of minute by minute things you’ll hear as well commentary that will describe players’ more less-than-advantageous play calls. With a “hell yeah,” Fowler also confirms touchdown calls for all teams as well as team nicknames.
Along with his voice, Fowler revealed Kirk Herbstreit also joins College Football 25 on commentary. Both have recorded sessions playing off one another to create booth-like chemistry. Finally, according to what Fowler has seen so far, EA Sports College Football 25 includes many fine details and promises to be an amazing experience for the returning franchise.
