First Madden 25 Feature Revealed!

As players continue to enjoy this year’s Madden NFL 24, EA Sports is already making plans for its upcoming Madden NFL 25. During the Ultimate Cleveland Sports Show, Charles Davis, one of the announcers of Madden NFL for the past eight seasons, discussed that Madden 25 will have multiple commentary teams.

New Announcers Coming to Madden 25

While discussing the new feature with the Ultimate Cleveland Sports Show cast, Davis jokingly admitted that Madden fans are tired of his voice in the game.

“I think at this point a lot of people will say, ‘If I hear Davis’ voice one more time, I’m going to do something that will get me in trouble.'”

Davis announced that the game would feature new broadcast teams for different games and said that new lines of dialogue would be recorded after Sunday games.

Minor feature, big impact

While this feature may be minor, fans of the football series have been begging for more options when it comes to commentary. NBA 2K does a great job of having a variety of announcers like ex-players and NBA journalists.

Hopefully, players will have more variety in commentary teams in Madden 25, and the series can continue to do this more moving forward.

Madden 24 Review

EA Sports put Madden employees in a difficult position this year. The publisher threatened the management of EA Tiburon that Madden 24 needed to be successful, or they would be relieved of their duties.

Thankfully, this year’s football title did well in sales and met our expectations here at Sports Gamers Online. You can check out our full review of the game here.

As of right now, Madden 24 is a massively offensively slanted fun game and fun is all you really want from a video game at the end of the day.
