Madden 19 Quick Tips & Post-Launch News

EA Sports launched their Madden 19 officially two days ago. You can grab it on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (Origin). If you haven’t gotten the game yet or you’re just curious on what to expect, check out our Madden 19 review above. Our review really is your one-stop shop for everything Madden.

This year’s version of Madden has implemented a ton of new features that we’ve meticulously documented throughout the summer. Whether you’re a Madden Ultimate Team player or a franchise guy like myself, EA Tiburon has stepped their game up.

Included in this year’s release is the RPM system which can also be found in FIFA 19 and NHL 19. The Real Player Motion technology allows for more fluid animations and is supposedly going to mimic the real-life movements seen on the field. This new Real Player Motion system allows new mechanics like “One Cut” to change the way you hit the hole.

On top of Madden NFL 19, Madden NFL Overdrive will be available on August 15, 2018. Madden NFL Overdrive is a new mobile game that introduces real-time PVP. EA touts that Madden NFL Overdrive is “rebuilt from the ground up” on a brand new engine that should deliver action close to what you’d see on your console.

Fantasy scoring will keep the action fresh as you go head to head with real players to earn fans, increase XP and rank up for better rewards.

Madden’s PC release should excite any gamers who have a PC that can handle this year’s game. EA Sports brings Madden 19 to the PC with unlocked framerates, mouse and keyboard controls and a slew of other options. You can find the minimum requirements for PC here. Remember that you can only get Madden 19 through Origin. It is not available on Steam.
