Latest on Madden 20

This year, Superstar and X-Factor abilities are new to Madden, and some people might be a little confused as to what these new features do. Madden YouTuber and EA Gamechanger CookieBoy17 was at the EA Sports studios, and got a first-hand look at these new abilities. Check out what they now mean for your gaming experience:

Face of the Franchise Video

EA Sports Gamechanger and YouTuber GoodGamerBro posted two videos of gameplay that features the new “Face of the Franchise” mode. This the first look we have gotten on the new mode, so if you want to see it for yourself, go check out his channel on YouTube.

MUT News

A livestream by the Madden developers earlier this week gave us some news on what to expect from Madden Ultimate Team this year. This year, tickets for Draft Champions have been removed and seem to have been replaced by Series trophies.

You can also earn up to 10 “Team Themes” in this year’s game, and these themes include coaches, playbooks and a stadium for your squad. These themes can be earned by reaching certain levels in MUT.

The developers also showed off some of the players that Madden users can add to their squads. Once a user hits Level 50, a 90 OVR Torry Holt Master Level Card, which is a boosted version from the 70 OVR card you can get at an earlier level in the game, is unlocked. There are also 4 Captain cards that we know of, and those players are Herman Moore, Dallas Clark, Ty Law and Ryan Shazier. Former Cardinals safety Pat Tillman will also be available in Madden 20 as a MUT Master.

Madden on EA Access

Also, don’t forget that EA Access members will get a chance to play Madden this week. EA Access members can starting playing Madden 20 tomorrow, and with EA Access launching on the Playstation 4, PS4 users don’t have to wait until August 2 either.

PC users can also play Madden 20 early on Origin Access starting this week.
