NHL 23 EA Play Early Access Trial Now Live

NHL 23

NHL 23 is just a few days away from its October 14 release date. However, some players have a chance to hit the ice a little early. EA Play members currently have access to a 10-hour Early Access trial of the game. EA Play is a subscription service that costs $4.99 a month for the base version and $14.99 for the Pro version. You will only need a base subscription in order to access this trial.

NHL 23 EA Play Early Access

With these 10 hours of Early Access, players will be able to hop into the full version of NHL 23. This means players will finally be able to try out all the new features that have been advertised for this year’s game. This includes the new overhauled arena experience. The new arena atmosphere includes more exciting crowds and new celebrations for key moments.

Players will also finally get their hands on the new customization options in NHL 23. These new options include adding or removing teams from the league, length of playoff rounds, salary cap and player salaries, and much more. The full HUT experience is also available, which now features women’s players for the first time in series history.

This EA Play Early Access trial is a great opportunity for players to decide if this year’s game is worth purchasing for themselves. If players take a liking to the game and do decide to make a purchase, they will get a nice 10% discount. So, you get to play the game early for free, and if you do decide to buy the game you also get a discount. Can’t get a much better deal than that. All progress made during the trial will also carry over to the game should you purchase it.

This trial is available on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One. Players on the same console generation will now be able to face off with the new cross-play feature in HUT and World of Chel. This means PS5 and Xbox Series X|S players can drop the puck together, as can PS4 and Xbox One players.
