On Tuesday, EA Sports revealed F1 24 with a new trailer and details about its upcoming game. This year, Codemasters is set to revamp the series’ career mode and introduce an all-new gameplay feature. Lastly, the company has announced that the game will be released on May 31, 2024.

EA Sports F1 24 Release Date and Details

On Tuesday, Codemasters revealed the newest trailer and artwork for EA Sports F1 24 via YouTube. In addition, the developer announced the game’s May 31 release date and that it will be available for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.

This year, Codemasters has “overhauled” the game’s career mode and will introduce a new “Dynamic Handling System.” However, as of now, we don’t know much about what’s new coming to F1 24, but Lee Mather, Senior Creative Director at Codemasters, has stated that a “full reveal is coming soon.”

“Our full reveal is coming soon,” Lee Mather stated. “And we’re bringing players an overhauled Career mode, a new EA SPORTS Dynamic Handling System, and so much more.”

It’s always exciting to hear that fun racing games like F1 are receiving career mode overhauls. Racing fans usually spend most of their time in career mode, so a new take on the feature would be a fresh experience.

Champions Edition

For a limited time, players who own a copy of F1 21, F1 22, or F1 23 can get 15% off of their purchases of F1 24‘s Champions Edition.

This edition of the game is digital only and includes two new Formula 1 Icons, 18,000 Pitcoins, and an F1 World Bumper Pack. In addition, players can play the game up to three days early to get started on their new F1 journey.

EA and Codemasters will announce more details in the “coming months.” Until then, fans can pre-order EA Sports F1 24 now.
