Gran Turismo Sport Updates Will Include New Cars And Game Mode

Gran Turismo Sport

Gran Turismo Sport will be getting a couple of updates in the coming days and months.

Sony Interactive Entertainment and Polyphony Digital announced this past week that Gran Turismo Sport is set to receive more than one title update with the first being available on Nov. 27, another in December, and then again around March.

Gran Turismo Sport is arguably the most realistic racing and driving simulation game ever made. The Nov. 27 update will bring even more realism to the title as several new cars will be made available. New vehicles included in the Nov. 27 update will include the Zagato ISO Rivolta Vision Gran Turismo, the Audi R18 and the Shelby Cobra 427 added to the game in the coming days. The Shelby Cobra is particularly exciting for many US based racing fans.

Aside from these awesome cars, fans can expect to see close to 50 new vehicles added to the game between now and March. That’s certainly exciting for Gran Turismo Sport fans who may have been getting a little anxious waiting for news regarding the addition of new cars.

The game will also get a new game mode, GT League, and that will be included with the December update. Just in time for Christmas, it seems. The game mode is essentially a single player mode where you will participate in races ranging from beginner to expert levels. The mode will resemble the GT Mode that we all remember from previous titles.

To go with the new game mode, the following list of cars will also come with the December update download.

The addition of the Chevy Corvette Stingray Convertible is another exciting addition to GT’s list of vehicles, and it’s sure to have some racing fans ecstatic.

One last feature included in the Nov. 27 update involves the ability to play several popular modes while offline. Scapes, Livery, and Campaign modes will all be playable when offline, after you download the update of course.
