WWE 2K24 Gameplay Trailer Debuts Featuring New Match Types and More!

Today, 2K revealed a new WWE 2K24 gameplay trailer giving players a first look at this year’s gameplay. Furthermore, the trailer showcases new match types, environments, Superstars, and the 2K Showcase of the Immortals.

The begins with  showcasing Roman Reigns and LA Knight competing in the new Ambulance Match. Like its real life counterpart, the goal is to wear an opponent down, put them in the back of the ambulance and battle to close the doors to win the match. In addition, the trailer gives players a glimpse into the 2K Showcase mode that celebrates 40 years of WrestleMania history, highlighting historic moments. These moments feature several of the biggest Superstars and Legends of all time, including Hulk Hogan, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, Rhea Ripley, The Ultimate Warrior, Charlotte Flair, John Cena, Triple H, The Undertaker, and more. Of course, the new matches do not stop there.

In addition to the Ambulance Match, WWE 2K24 is introducing players to the Casket Match and the community requested, Guest Referee. Both have their spot to shine amidst the trailer. Be sure to check it out above, if you have not already. As the trailer continues, we get a first look at the improved Backstage Brawl areas, props, and set pieces. Fans of fighting beyond the ring will now have a host of new weapons and interactive environments at their disposal. This includes a stop sign, soda machine, trash can, breakable window glass and more.

Here comes the Pain

WWE 2K24 touts a roster of 200+ Superstars and Legends, including stars like Seth Rollins, Trish Stratus, and the The Judgment Day. The trailer also reveals the inclusion of a special guest, who will likely have a bigger reveal down the line.
