SGO Weekly: 3on3 Freestyle & more!

King Pong story mode released

Chapter one of the King Pong story mode released with the arrival of “Virtual Gondhi”. King Pong offers a single and multiplayer VR ping pong experience; however, it is impossible to miss the table. In an 80s Tron-like vibe, players challenge friends in frantic matches and try to stay the “King”. Aim at the table to activate the glowing tiles and trigger ultimates to win the set.

Second dual skill player added to 3on3 FreeStyle

Joycity added a brand new character, Ayla, to the expanding 3on3 FreeStyle roster. Ayla, unlike her older sister Nadia, is an absolute perfectionist; however, like her sister, Ayla is a Dual Skill System player. Ayla’s skill set changes when alternating between defense and offense. With a specialization in passing, she can quickly pass the ball to a teammate and create a path to victory. In addition, Joycity included a large skill balance update within the patch. FreeStyle’s activation mechanism is completely changed to allow a larger variety of playstyles.

This win earns its spot as the official representative for Southeast Asia in the 2022 Asian Champions Cup.
