SGO Weekly: KartRider: Drift Preseason & more!

KartRider: Drift Preseason date announcement

Starting January 11, 2023, KartRider: Drift is entering a Preseason early access period for PC and mobile platforms. For those who sign up and join in on the preseason, progress will carry over. Once the Preseason ends, players will be able to experience KartRider: Drift on Playstation and Xbox with full cross-platform play and progression on PC, mobile, and console. Those interested in joining in on the action can pre-register here.

KONAMI announces newest ambassadors for eFootball

This week, Konami announced the signing of Gabriel Barbosa (Gabigol) as an ambassador for eFootball. Barbosa’s finishing and dynamic versatility at the front have been a staple in the Brazilian’s game and have been put on display for world football clubs including Santos FC, FC Internazionale Milano (Inter Milan), the Brazilian National Team, and Flamengo.  In addition, Konami also announced the signing of Guillermo Ochoa as its newest ambassador. The goalkeeper has found success on the international level, having earned 130 caps for Mexico.

Frontball Planet debuts its first trailer

GammeraNest and Relevo revealed their first trailer for Frontball Planet at the 19th Pelota World Championship. Frontball Planet plans to launch on PlayStation consoles and Steam in 2023.

Frontball Planet challenges players to compete solo or in local co-op games on courts across the world’s biggest cities such as New York, Miami, Paris, Madrid, or Bilbao. The games aim to faithfully represent a game created in 2008 that blends basque pelota, jai alai, trinquet, and other similar sports.

WrestleQuest release date trailer

Mega Cat Studios and Skybound Games revealed the release date for WrestleQuest. To do so, the company release a brand new trailer which debuted during the Nintendo Indie World Showcase.
