inRun debuts on Steam and Meta-Quest
inRun is a virtual reality racing game built from the ground up to tackle one of the most common issues in VR racing games: motion sickness. Thanks to an innovative camera system that eliminates the need for player rotation, inRun promises a VR driving experience free of motion sickness. inRun transports players back to the golden age of arcades. Players can take on a personal challenge: beat the record set by Jason, your partner’s father, to earn his respect and the right to marry the love of your life. With inRun, the race for love and respect begins now. inRun launches as an Early Access title on both Steam and Meta-Quest July 18.
F1 Clash community championship opens registration
This week, Hutch opened player registration for a brand new F1 Clash community championship. The competition sees ten teams battling it out for high scores across a selection of Grand Prix events in a global challenge for all skill levels. F1 Clash players can now register to compete in the competition via the website, as well as choose their desired team from July 19 – September 18.
Developers show off Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown gameplay
This past week, the first 30 minutes of gameplay of Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown was shown as TDU Connect. In addition, the event saw the announcement of a closed beta. For a chance to be selected for the closed beta, fans will need to subscribe to the newsletter.
The first of the closed betas will begin July 24 and run for 3 days. The press release mentions this being the “first” but does not directly state a second or third scheduled closed beta. So, be sure to sign up for the newsletter as soon as possible for your best chance at participating.
