Last week 2K teased WWE 2K23‘s upcoming DLCs with some cryptic artwork hinting at more wrestlers coming to the game. During 2K’s deep dive into its upcoming wrestling title, the publisher announced five upcoming DLC packs coming post-launch. While no specific dates for each pack were given, this year’s WWE 2K23 DLC is formidable, to say the least. Some of the biggest legends and current superstars headline this year’s class. These top superstars of yesterday and today are sure to make fans of WWE and the game very happy. Let’s take a look at this year’s rundown.

WWE 2K23 DLC Packs

DLC 1: Steiner Row Pack

DLC 2: Pretty Sweet Pack

  •  Karl Anderson, Luke Gallows, Tiffany Stratton, Elton Prince, Kit Wilson

DLC 3: Race To NXT Pack

  • Harley Race, Ivy Nile, Wendy Choo, Tony D’Angelo, Trick Williams

DLC 4: Revel With Wyatt Pack

  • Bray Wyatt, Zeus, Sarah Logan, Joe Gacy, Blair Davenport

DLC 5: Bad News U Pack

  • Eve Torres, Wade Barrett, Damon Kemp, Andre Chase, Nathan Frazer

A nice mix of legends, current stars, and perhaps most exciting, a nice dose of NXT wrestlers round out this years offerings. Some will give us tag teams, and round out factions, while others will make many legend fans happy. As people can never seem to get enough of them in the game. Imagine pitting Bron Breakker against his father, the legendary “Dog Faced Gremlin” Rick Steiner, or even having them as your tag team champions. Or maybe reignite the classic Steiner Brothers tag team or their classic rivalries.

But unfortunately, I’ve got some bad news. Well, by that, I mean great news, because current Smackdown play-by-play announcer Wade “Bad News” Barrett makes his unexpected return to WWE 2K games. Maybe this time, you can make sure he beats John Cena.

We also see some superstars who recently returned to the company under the new management of Triple H. These include the “Good Brothers” Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows, along with the returning faction of Hit Row. However, perhaps the most exciting of all, is the return of Bray Wyatt. Many were wondering if he would make the cut this year, and 2K made sure they couldn’t leave him out.

WWE 2K23 releases on March 17 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
