Today, NBA 2K23 revealed all the details surrounding the upcoming Season 6. This new season will bring tons of new rewards to modes like MyCAREER, MyTEAM, and The W. The season also features more new music coming to the game’s soundtrack.
NBA 2K23 Season 6 Gets Players Ready for a Playoff Push
MyCAREER
As the NBA playoffs approach, players will see new artwork and rewards based on the NBA playoffs. Players who reach Level 30 will earn a jetpack, while those that make it to Level 40 will get a new glider. These both serve as great ways to get around The City or The G.O.A.T. Boat. There are also new Player Banners, Jumpshot Meters, and more.
MyTEAM
Hero cards return to MyTEAM with the Level 1 reward 94 OVR Ruby Shaquille O’Neal. Completing this card’s Evolution requirements will evolve it to a Diamond-rated version of The Diesel. The Level 40 reward this season is 99 OVR Dark Matter Hakeem Olajuwon.
To help you get to Level 40, two new collections will feature Hero rewards to be released every week. Also returning this season are Holographic, Unicorn, and Fire Basketball cards. These cards will be earnable by using Hero cards throughout the season.
WNBA coaches are also coming to MyTEAM in Season 6. There will be more than 25 Coach Cards featuring WNBA players and legends. One example is the new Pink Diamond Sue Bird Coach Card.
The W
New weekly and seasonal goals are also coming to The W. Some of the upcoming rewards include Arike Ogunbowale Heroine Edition Jersey, Wings Rebel Shorts, Chelsea Grey Jersey, Sandy Brondello Coach Card, and more.
2K Beats
This season, six new songs are being added to the NBA 2K23 soundtrack. These new songs are listed below:
- Premo Rice – Right Wriss, Pt. 2
- Trippie Redd & Lil B – SWAG LIKE OHIO, PT. 2
- King Louie – Go Get It
- ChapD & John G – Iconic (Carhartt)
- Angel Mccoughtry – Legend
- Jovanie – Stepback
