San Diego Studio (SDS) released yet another patch for MLB The Show 20 early this morning. Patch 1.09 contains fixes for a key gameplay issue for players for much of the first five weeks of the game’s existence, particularly online. MLB The Show 20 is available everywhere now, exclusively for PlayStation 4. Here is everything you need to know about the latest update for The Show 20.
MLB THE SHOW 20 PATCH 1.09
Per TheShowNation, the patch notes are as follows:
This update includes improvements to some of the most glaring gameplay fielding issues that have been recently reported, such as:
- Players would not catch or react to fly balls when moving into the ball marker
- Players would run over the ball without picking it up
Every fielding situation is unique and we have more improvements planned. We will also continue to monitor and work to resolve further issues that may occur.
Update 1.09 is set to deploy on Thursday 4/23/20 at 3:00 AM PT.
