Last week, SDS revealed Vladimir Guerrero Jr. as the cover athlete for MLB The Show 24. Today, SDS made another reveal with this year’s collector’s edition. This year’s version celebrates the partnership between MLB The Show and the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum in Kansas City.
MLB The Show 24 Collector’s Editions
The first special edition for MLB The Show 24 is the MVP Edition. This version of the game is only available digitally and costs $84.99. This version includes 4 days of early access, as well as the following digital items:
- 1 Legend Diamond Choice Pack

The next version is the Digital Deluxe Edition. This version costs $99.99 and includes everything from the MVP Edition, as well as:

Finally, the biggest version of MLB The Show 24 is the new Negro Leagues Edition. This version does not include a physical copy of the game however, only a download code for the game. Available stock of this version is limited, so if you want one, you’ll most likely need to pre-order.
Like previous years, SDS will make a charitable contribution from the sales of these special editions. For every MVP, Digital Deluxe, and Negro Leagues Edition of MLB The Show 24 sold, SDS will donate $1 to the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum in Kansas City. The museum is dedicated to “preserving and celebrating the rich history of African American baseball and its impact on the social advancement of America.”
Do you plan on picking up one of these special editions when MLB The Show 24 releases March 19 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch?
