As Geoff Keighley’s Summer Games Fest rages on, we continue to get announcements about the latest sports titles. While there have been many updates about Madden 22, we still have not heard any concrete news about FIFA 22. This should all change very soon with Electronic Arts hosting an EA play event on July 22 and other events throughout the month of July. With FIFA 22 releasing a few months away, players are eager to know when they can pre-order the game.

FIFA 22 Pre-Order Date
Some outlets are reporting FIFA 22 was available for pre-order on June 17th, but this not true. The actual date is July 11; this info comes from two Twitter accounts. The first one is from FIFA Witcher stating, “Maybe the Estádio da Luz appear in the #FIFA22 announcement trailer coming very soon. According to my sources, announcement and pre-order is coming 11/07. But remember, this date can change.”. The second one is a verified page called FIFA 22 News; this page reports on the leak that FIFA Witcher already suggested. This date makes sense because Electronic Arts is hosting a few events in the month of July. So, its only right we start to see little bits of news come out about FIFA 22.
EA Play is happening July 22 at 10:00 a.m. PT. FIFA 22 is arriving this fall, let us know in the comments if you are going to pre-order the game.
