The release date of AEW Fight Forever has been on the mind of many fans. Unfortunately, there’s just not enough concrete news on when the game will be released. Oddly enough, AEW Fight Forever is now available for pre-download via the Xbox app. This discovery was made by Senior Editor at Wrestle Zone, Matt Black. This new development could mean that a release date is imminent.

AEW Fight Forever Pre-load and Release Date

AEW Fight Forever is the next wrestling title from Yukes; while the game might not be as in-depth as WWE 2K, fans are still excited about the fun gameplay and endless possibilities. Currently, the game is available for pre-load via the Xbox app, which could mean the game’s release date is upcoming. I won’t go as far as to say AEW can be shadow-dropped, but it’s bizarre that you can download Yukes’ wrestling game only on the Xbox app.
Of course, upon selecting the game, players will be met with an error message from the Microsoft store, and the game will not be playable.
Release date
Last month, AEW’s president Tony Khan claimed that the AEW Fight Forever was finished and would be released soon. However, the Senior Community Manager at THQ put this rumor to bed after a fan asked him about the possibility of the game being finished.
“I mean if you want an unfinished game sure we could release now The game is doing really well and is getting there, but not 100% yet, so yea just another rumour on Twitter I fear.”
We are not 100 percent sure if AEW Fight Forever‘s release date will be announced in the next coming days, but if we learn anything else about this developing story, you will hear it first here in Sports Gamers Online.
AEW Fight Forever is still awaiting a release date but will be available for PS5, PS4, Switch, the Xbox consoles, and PC.
