San Diego Studio (SDS) released another huge content update for MLB The Show 18 Diamond Dynasty today. This update includes changes to roster attributes, two new immortals, a new event, new program and more. Here’s a complete breakdown.

Today’s roster update features attribute upgrades and downgrades, as well as team changes as a result of recent trades or signings. Below are some of the major attribute changes.

  • Mitch Moreland, Red Sox 1B – 77 to 74
  • Addison Russell, Cubs SS – 74 to 72

Next, a new event is open. The Postseason Division Series Event features current playoff teams. This includes the Indians, Astros, Red Sox, Yankees, Braves, Dodgers, Rockies and Brewers. Use players from those teams to construct a squad with a max overall of 75. Games are three innings long.

The cumulative and per-entry rewards are above. With this event, the events program has been added. Completing this program will earn you immortal Bob Feller (30% completion) and immortal Ted Williams (100%).

September monthly awards are out, and Christian Yelich is the exclusive program reward. He is likely to win the National League MVP after a strong season capped by an incredible September. His ratings are below.

  • Luke Voit, Gold 82 OVR, Yankees 1B (Monthly Awards Pack/Market)
  • Reynaldo Lopez, Gold 82 OVR, White Sox SP (Monthly Awards Pack/Market)
  • Stephen Piscotty, Gold 82 OVR, Athletics RF (Monthly Awards Pack/Market)
